Property Description

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed with leather headboard and a pair of nightstands. Provided in each room are reading lamps, a clock radio and a telephone. The bedrooms are subtly decorated in a contemporary fashion. Each bedroom also has a dedicated, full bathroom, with shower over the tub. The condo has it's own water heater so you will always have a good supply of hot water. We can also provide a crib, toddler bed and high chair. The lounge has both a sectional sofa and accent chair to provide more than enough comfortable seating.

There is a patio door through to the enclosed patio which opens onto a quiet area at the very rear of the building. From here the landscape rises over a hill, free from any construction. It is here that smaller animals and birds such as quail and humming birds can be seen at most times of the day. The rear patio also houses a full sized gas grill and utensils. Seating is provided for two. The lounge has a large (37") flat screen television and a DVD player. Directv is provided with around 140 channels to choose from. The condo has wifi, free local and long distances calls included to make your stay easier. There is a contemporary, bar height, dining table which seats four in comfort.

All plates, flatware and glassware is provided including wine glasses. The kitchen has all new appliances, as of July 2007. This includes full-sized range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The refridgerator has an icemaker built in. Small appliances are also new and include coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and all important blender for those margaritas at sunset. Even during a short stay you will find the full sized washer and dryer useful. As will be the iron and ironing board. he complex boasts and beautiful pool, spa an outdoor seating with fireplace. There is also a club house containing fitness center and business center with free internet computer and printing.
