It's so hard to describe this charming cottage. You just have to be there to hear the Ocean waves crashing at high tide 30 feet in front of the cottage and the smell of salt water in the air. Comfortable window seat that faces the ocean for breath taking sunrises. To me it's everything a beach cottage in Maine should be. Just steps to the beach. The cottage has a modern up to date kitchen , with many appliances even a lobster pot , pots pans, utensils for dining and cooking and ocean views The bathroom has a full a brand new shower/tub, Laundry room located next to bathroom. Living room/dining room combination gives the cottage an open feel and beautiful ocean views. The brand new furniture with its white wash finish and ocean blue colors really give the room a beach cottage look. The master bedroom has a brand new comfortable queen size mattress TV/CABLE and is nicely decorated in a nautical theme. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top, TV/VCR/CABLE also decorated in a nautical theme. We have a full size futon sleeper in the living room 27 inch TV/CABLE/VCR/DVD and movies for your entertainment.
