My family uses this condo often so it is set up as our Vacation home - not set up as a Rental. We enjoy sharing our "home away from home" with people that will treat it as their own.
Location: Our complex is only 117 yards from chair # 7 & only 200 yards from Canyon Lodge.
In addition to being an extremely nice condo, we truly have location, location, location! Not only are we right on the slopes, but we have great access to the Village (this pedestrian Village with heated paver stone type walkways has 8 restaurants, 6 bars, 2 art galleries, Starbucks (of course), Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, a year-round Christmas store & other shops (28 total).
In winter, from my condo you can walk/ski/board to a Free gondola that you can take down to the Village. The Village gondola is at Canyon Lodge, which is only 200 yards away. There is even a general store in the Village so once you park at our complex, you wont have to get into you car until you are ready to go home.
