It is ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a B&B than a vacation rental.

Then, there's that view..... from the main living area you can see from Monterey to Santa Cruz with sunsets right in the middle. Whales and Dolphins and Sea Ottrers abound. You can use our binoculars to watch the fishing boats and surfers or you can just watch and listen to the waves pounding in below you.
You wanna go play on the beach? There is a sliding glass door right off the Master bedroom that steps you onto the breakwater or takes you the safe way, 100 or so steps to the stairs to the sand! You really can't beat the location on the entire west coast.
