Our Beautiful Lake View home features: a living room, dining room with palm tree mural, painted by J. McCormick, family room, kitchen with breakfast bar, inside laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double car garage. Patio doors from the family room open to a large fully screened enclosed heated pool with beautiful lake view. We also have High Speed Internet connect and a Air Hockey Table!!

The living room has a sofa that open to a full-size bed, if extra room is needed. The family room has a sectional sofa, entertainment center with Cable TV, VCR/DVD and a selection of Disney and other movies for your family to enjoy. The master bedroom has a King size bed, Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with an exit door leading to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms, share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms is decorated in a “Mickey” theme with two twin beds and even a Mickey TV! The other bedroom is decorated in a “Fish” theme with a Queen size bed and a Cable TV.

Pool heat Requires an extra $15.00 a night (recommended October - April)

We Provide The Following:
Free - Highchair, Baby “Pack and Play” Bed and Stroller are available if requested at time of the booking.
Free - Use of Tennis courts, Basketball Courts, Skate Park and Children’s Play Area at Lakeside Park.
Discounted Tickets to most attractions are available through Kissimmee Guest Services. They deliver your tickets right to the house. Details are supplied upon booking.
A telephone is installed and all Local calls are Free of charge – long distance calls may be charged to your credit card/phone card.
On stays of 7 nights or more we provide, for your convenience a Free “Welcome Grocery Pack” (bread, milk, cereal, etc.) to start you off on your vacation. (Not available during “special Rates”).
