Our vacation rentals are much like having your own vacation home. Our properties are fully furnished, have well equipped kitchens with linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial cleaning and toiletry supply.

Guest or visitor parking is available in the building for a minimal rate. Laundry facilities available in the basement. Initial cleaning and toiletry supplies are provided so no housekeeping service is included. Housekeeping service can be arranged at $12.50/service.

Rates:
2 bedroom with den:
$65./day minimum of 10 day rental
Studio Suite: 5% of proceeds to be donated on your behalf to Sagrada Family Parish
$50./day minimum of 1 week rental
$45./day for full month and low season

Full payment is due on or before date of arrival. Refundable deposit of $120. is required to hold your reservations. Refundable deposit to be applied as security for "no-shows", pre-termination from original reservations, damages on property and its contents, unsettled bills like telephone and excessive electricity consumption, etc.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date forfeits any deposit made. A $45. cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival date.

Strictly, no smoking and no pets. $100. cleaning fee will be charged for this violation.
