Full payment is due on or before arrival date. $120. refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservations, to be used as security deposit for "no-show", pre-termination from original booking arrangements, to cover damages to property and contents or extra charges for telephone or excessive electricity consumption.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date forfeits any deposits made. Any cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $45.

Strictly, no smoking and no pets. $100. cleaning fee will be charged for this violation.
