Please note that as of 4/5/08, the Kaluakoi Golf Course is closed. There is another golf course about 25 minutes away in Kualapu'u called the Ironwood Hills Course. It is 9 holes and dates back to 1928 and the days of the Pineapple plantations that used to be on Molokai.
