Summer Rates: Weekend rate is $135 per day (Fri-Sat) or $125 per day Sun-Thurs) with a Two Day Minimum or $800 per week. Holiday rate is $175 per day with a three day minimum. Weekly rate may not be available during holiday periods. There is a $50 cleaning fee for all rentals. A $200 fully Refundable Security Deposit is also always required. We NEVER offer one day rentals. Example of typical Rental charges: A Fri & Sat night stay $135 X 2 + $50 = $320. A Weds & Thurs night stay $125 X 2 + $50 = $300. One week stay: $800 + $50 = $850
Maximum is eight people at these rates. Rates are non-negotiable.

We supply linens and towels. Renters are still expected to clean any dishes used in our dishwasher which we provide detergent for. Close to Yosemite NP at Pine Mountain Lake gated resort community. This is a modern three bedroom, 2BA home built in 1988 with Central AC, and heat. 3rd bedroom doubles as a large bonus game room. Includes custom pool table, ping pong, darts and even a horseshoe pit in back yard! Modern appliances include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, Weber BBQ, Microwave, DVD, VHS VCR, Direct TV includes HBO. Home is located about two blocks from 7th hole of golf course. Play golf, swim, tennis, horseback ride, visit Yosemite, there are plenty of activities.

The person responsible should be atleast 30+ years old. No pets. 1 King, 1 Queen (brand new Sealy Posturpedic Queen installed 07/16/07!!!) and two twins. Note second twin is on the floor/has no frame. We also have a couple of air mattresses and an AirBed that renters are welcome to use. Fully carpeted except for kitchen and entry way. Please no party animals. Enjoy, but enjoy responsibly. This is not run down rental property, but our personal vacation home. No smoking please. Two day minimum rental. This is a gated community, so you Must enter through the Pine Mountain Lake Main Gate in order to reach house which is located at 18992 Jimmie Bell St. in Groveland.
