I am the owner of this Charming Cancun Studio Condo. Airfares to Cancun can be quite reasonable. Why not take a short inexpensive break and spend some time on one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world? This is a one room condo with bath and small kitchenette. It is located next to the Royal Solaris on Km 19.5 in the famous Cancun Hotel Zone. Cancun Plaza Condos are situated in the quiet part of the Hotel Zone....a short cab or bus ride from the party zone. The condo building, beach and pool is usually fairly empty during the off season. Peaceful. Great Place To Go With A Book Or Two And RELAX for a few days.
In the morning, I like to sit by my sliding glass door with a cup of coffee, breeze blowing and watch the dolphins play in the ocean. At night, we sit by the window or down by the pool with a cool drink and watch the cruise ships, all lit up, leave Cozumel.
The condo is clean and comfortable. It is Air Conditioned And has one King bed and Full size futon. Cable TV (mostly American Channels) with DVD player. Kitchenette has full apartment sized refrigerator with 2 burner stove and microwave. There are 2 small convenience stores in the condo development that sell light groceries, water & beer at reasonable prices. Or if you prefer, there is a nice Walmart where you may purchase fresh bakery, fruit, vegetables and other groceries. Walmart is located downtown -- a short bus ride away. There is a Bar/Restaurant By The Pool and pay laundry room in the apartment complex parking lot. There is also wireless internet that can be accessed from the office area by the laundry. OUR Caretake/Manager Lives In The Complex And Is Always There To Help You If You Need Anything Or Information.
I Can Help You Arrange Transportation To And From The Airport If You Desire For About $50 R/T. We Are Literally A 10 Minute Drive From The Airport.
