This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental is also available as a 2 bedroom B&B. It is located on 13 acres of beautiful rolling mountain property with so much to do you'll never want to leave. We have ponds, gardens, creeks, springs and mountain forest hiking trails for exploration. Keep your horses in our four stall barn and ride into the Park.

We also have fishing, hunting, skiing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, museums, sightseeing, rafting, tubing, archery, sporting clays and even sky diving close by. Black raspberries and blackberries surround our pasture for picking plus apple, peach, cherry, elderberry and black walnut trees. Our fully equipped kitchen: 2 ovens, 6 gas burner cook top, microwave, trash compactor & ice making fridge make it easy to use our home grown produce.

Our 3 trout ponds have resident ducks, geese and trout that we now allow our guests to fish for. We are pet-friendly with an un-finished basement. Our hearty home cooked breakfast specials will last B&B visitors all day.

This estate is very private and secluded yet we are close to the small towns of Waynesville and Maggie Valley where there is antiquing, river rafting, restaurants and Lake Junuluska. Only 3 miles from route 40 which will take you to Asheville 31 miles to the east. We are close to 3 different entrance points for the Blue Ridge Parkway and very close to the Smokey Mountain National Park, Cataloochie Valley where Elk can be seen every afternoon and the Cherokee Reservation with Harrah’s Casino.

At 3600 ft it is usually cool enough to open the windows, but we have a geothermal heat pump that provides both heat and ac when needed. There is a beautiful mountain view from our half-covered wrap around deck where you can relax and barbeque in the shade or the sunshine.
