This 3,400 square foot 1880's built colonial has three large suites available for your stay in western New York. The Blue room overlooks the in ground pool and the more then 30 acres of forever wild that borders the property. A queen size bed, private bath and dressing room are there for your comfort. The Lincoln room has a queen size bed across from the fireplace, a brand new private bath and a balcony, where you can relax and look at the stars. The Tan Room warm and cozy with a king size bed and a private bath of its own.

The Webster House is located just fifteen minutes from downtown Rochester, New York on what is called the Seaway Trail. The Seaway Trail is a 454-mile scenic route paralleling Lake Erie, the Niagara River, Lake Ontario, and The St Lawrence River. Lake Road winds up and down the rolling hills east of Webster where apple country abounds. A trip further east to Sodus Point is highly recommended and you won't find better golf then at The Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club, overlooking Sodus Bay.
