Set among orange groves in Davenport,Orlando and on the secure and exclusive gated community of Marbella Vacation home resort. Our brand new 5 bedroom , 4 bathroom villa is both modern in design and furnished to the very highest standard. With 2500 sq ft of living space on two floors the villa provides enough space to easily accommodate up to 12 guests .

Downstairs consists of 2 large living rooms - one room is formal with a 3 and 2 seater leather sofa ( 3 seater converts to a full size sofa bed) also an elegant dining table and rugs to the floor. The second living room adjoins our fully equipped kitchen area. This room has a 3 and 2 seater ( super comfy ) sofa , 42 inch plasma TV , coffee table and side tables. There is also a breakfast table and breakfast bar (with stools ). This room overlooks our fantastic 30 x 15 ft extended pool and spa area.

The king size en-suite master bedroom is also downstairs as is the dedicated games room ( 8 ft pool table , air hockey table and basketball game and electron ) plus a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a separate downstairs w.c.

Our remaining 4 bedrooms , 1 queen en-suite master , 1 queen and 2 twins and another separate bathroom with shower are upstairs , all rooms with TVs, walk-in closets and ample space to relax. The villa is fully air conditioned. All towels and linens are provided for our guests. Cable TV throughout the villa. For the safety of our guests, no smoking or pets are allowed .

No expense has been spared to give the villa the feel and look of quality , to give our guests that " home from home " feeling.
Marbella vacation home resort has wonderful facilities such as clubhouse, Internet cafe, steam room with sauna, gym, tennis courts and children's water feature ( all coming spring/summer 2008 ). It is ideally situated close to points of interest, giving easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, shopping malls and all of Florida's other attractions.
