Some of the lagoons in the community are heated by geothermal fresh-water springs and water temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees! A guide-map at the house will direct you to all the best spots! Champagne Pond is just 5 minute bike ride away and the Wai'opae Marine Preserve is just a 5 minute ride south of the property!

Outside in a gazebo is hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. An outdoor shower is next to the hot tub to rinse off before getting in or rinsing off the salt water after swimming! Bicycles are provided to easily ride to the ocean access spots and enjoy the relaxed tropical ambience of Kapoho Beach Lots!

There is a full kitchen, generous living and dining area opening to the lanai, a queen bamboo bed upstairs, and full-sized bathroom. The second bedroom, downstairs, has two double beds and another full bathroom. Satellite TV/DVD, CD player, an assortment of video and audio CDs, and a nice assortment of books are waiting for you too!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, refrigerator, and all cooking and dining needs. The home is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated to make it feel like your very own home in Paradise.

Kapoho is just a short drive to the town of Pahoa where there is an olympic size swimming pool (free), grocery stores, restaurants, gas, bank, etc. This is a great spot to set up base to explore the East side of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is just a short drive to Volcano National Park, Lava Tree State Park, Ahalanui Hot Pond, Makuu farmer's market, botanical gardens, and lots more!
