One of the main features of the villa is fabulous south-west facing pool (15 x 30ft) with it's extended decking area. There is an 'L' shaped Lanai with two ceiling fans should you need a rest from that wonderful Florida sunshine. All of the patio furniture has been upgraded & the larger than average table will allow your whole party to enjoy a bar-b-que together whilst watching the sun set, relaxing with an ice cool beer besides the refreshing pool. The pool has a removable safety screen so that young children cannot access the pool, and each door leading to the pool is alarmed for your added peace of mind. Even with the screen in place the decking is still not crowded and there are enough chairs for everyone!
