Relax in our huge vaulted ceiling living room with views of the water and cozy river rock gas fireplace, leather loveseat with ottoman, leather chair with ottoman, cable tv, dvd, surround sound stereo and three leather couches with queen sofabeds and ottomans. Kitchen has granite counters and all the amenities. Second story level has a large master bedroom with a queen bed and Jacuzzi tub. Large second bedroom with queen Bed, queen Futon, walk-in closet, and Jacuzzi tub in guest bath. Third Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full over Full Bunkbed, and Great Waterfront View. Full Third Bathroom on first floor. Washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

All towels and linens provided. Toiletries - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Bubble bath and Q-tips too! The fenced back yard has a gas BBQ, patio set, extra chairs and padded chaise lounges with a private boat dock which holds up to three large boats with direct access to the lake. Great swimming and fishing right off the dock! Venice Road, our driveway, and walkway are plowed regularly for easy access. Located six miles from Stateline Casinos and five miles from Heavenly Ski Resort (see www.skiheavenly.com). Five golf courses (see www.edgewood-tahoe.com)within 15 minutes are open June-October. Tahoe Keys Marina is full service with launch ramp and gas. Our home is located within the resort community of Tahoe Keys. Private beach, heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), spa, lighted tennis courts, putting green, volleyball pit, basketball court, playgrounds, walking trails, community hall, health club, and two seafood restaurants are all just a few steps from the front door.

You may be asked to show your rental agreement and pay a nominal day or weekly usage fee directly to the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association to enter some facilities.
