WE have some of the best ocean, territorial and Olympic Mountain views. Though, not sitting on the sand of the beach, we are a 5 minutes walk away.

If you have never been to Moclips, it is a quiet seaside community, with an eclectic feel of new and old. Visit Mr Wacky at the Wacky Warehouse in Pacific Beach (1 mile) or go to the NEW Beach town of Seabrook. Moclips has a long history since it was established in 1905. The Moclips By The Sea Museum is just across the street and is filled with a wealth of information about the past.

Climates are mild and temperatures range from 40F in the winter to 70F in the summer.
