Champagne tastes but a beer pocketbook? This condo is for you! save your $ to spend on other things but benefit by having the absolute best building and amenities in gulf shores. This building sits on the north side of the beach but has a pure gulf view to the south -- nothing obstructs it because we are high -- and has a pure lagoon view to the south. this building has direct gulf front access and a bridge that takes you from the building itself to the resort style direct gulf front pool with lazy river. No traffic to dodge. people often ask me how far it is to the fluffy white sand, and i say "it's about 250 ft. max."

This building has 3 pools (one direct gulf front), one true indoor pool with fountains and one at the building itself (heated). It has one lazy river, 2 hot tubs, 1 huge fitness center with tv's, one video arcade, a media room that can be reserved for large parties and gatherings (flat screen). The amenities are simply unmatched in gulf shores and come in handy if you have a rainy day.

Our unit has 3 tv's. the one in the living room (different from the picture) is a 32" tv. There are two smaller ones in the bedroom. Dvd is in living room and master bedroom. we also have 120 channels, internet access and voicemail at our condo.

Our home away from home is painstakingly equipped with high end linens, towels and sheets. there are also premium mattresses in our unit (because i have a bad back.) We have large high end tile in the living and bath areas and a beautiful woven sisal in the bedrooms. This condo is decorated with the theme of "beach glass" and many items are from pottery barn including the kitchen table which expands to seat 8 comfortably. We also have items that will save you money from beach towels, chairs, toys, high chairs, etc.

We have a re-booking rate in our unit that is unmatched. People did not know what to expect when the building first opened, but they do now and they're coming back, so book quickly.
