Rental during high season is $1,100.00 per week - discounts will be given for a monthly guest. There is no extra charge for over two adults. This is an upstairs balcony condo - Atrium Unit 1214.

This condo is fully furnished including all kitchen utensils, beach chairs (wireless in condo and clubhouse) free continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese reception. Sit in the shade on the balcony which overlooks the court yard and pool and view the cruise boats and parasailers going by. The rate includes daily maid service and towel service for the beach. New furniture, decor and paint. Two large televisions, a cd and vcr player with movies. The resort has shuttle service to port canaveral where you can join a charter boat to fish or gamble on one of the two (fare is free 6 hour trip) gambling boats. Or, if you wish you are walking distance to the fishing peer and picnic area.

The resort has two fully equipped picnic areas with wet bar, picnic tables and barbaque grills. In addition, if you book during one of the launches from the Cape, you can watch the launch while you are lounging in the pool/jacuzzi. And yes, the pool is heated. Air conditioned laundry facilities are just steps from the condo.
