This is one of the most beautiful places on earth –only 50 yards from Tahoe Donner Ski Lifts in a resort community, close to North Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. Enjoy Northstar, Squaw Creek, Alpine Meadows and Boreal which is near by. Tahoe Donner has a great beginner lift (one of the best children’s ski schools in the area), and a more advanced lift. It is 13 miles to North Lake Tahoe and 25 miles to Reno.
Amenities: There is a "Murphy" bed and a pull-out couch, and sleeps four. It has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, linens, dishes, TV, DVD player, Playstation 1 w/games. There is a balcony overlooking the gorgeous valley. The condo lobby has a warm, inviting fireplace, wireless internet and comfortable couches for socializing. Tahoe Donner Association has a championship golf course and beautiful lodge, tennis courts, a family pool, kiddie pool and Jacuzzi, with a wet and dry sauna, plus an adult pool (heated in winter) and 2 other Jacuzzi ‘s at Trout Creek Recreation, along with a new workout facility with yoga and Pilates. There is a pool and restaurant/bar at The Northwood’s Clubhouse, a private beach and marina with 1,000' of lake frontage, hiking trails, ski lifts, cross country ski trails, a sledding hill and an equestrian center. Vacation Rental Rates: (Due 30 days prior to arrival Or Immediately At Time Of Booking) April 1 - November 18: $600 per week or $100 per night (2 night minimum) November 19 - April 2: $800 per week or $125 per night (2 night minimum) The weekly rental period usually runs Sunday at 3:00pm to Sunday at 10:00. Deposit: $250 deposit, which is refundable, less a $85.00 cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: to be sent upon booking
