The home has been beautifully furnished and can sleep a maximum of nine people. The lounge has a 50in Plasma TV with a theatre surround sound system, and also a DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a king size bed, is en-suite, and also has a walk-in closet, with direct access to the pool area via patio doors.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobe and a family bathroom nearby. The third bedroom has twin beds and shares an en-suite with the fourth bedroom. This en-suite is a Jack ‘n’ Jill design. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, linens, dinner service, cutlery etc.

A separate utility houses the washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. All towels and bed linens are supplied. The home offers a covered lanai, a private enclosed pool with spa and sunbathing area, all furnished to a high standard. There is a two car garage. A charcoal bbq for your use is kept in the garage but should be used on the patio, but not under the lanai area.

There are an abundance of both electronic and board games and also videos and DVD’s to keep the little ones entertained. This is a non smoking home, it is also a pet free home, due to following guests who may have allergies. Smoking is permitted outside on the lanai.
