While you are vacationing in our home, you will be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom.

Imagaine walking up to a cup of Starbucks, using our WiFi, watching dolphins swim by and a few surfers catching waves. Get on your bike and go for a ride down the boardwalk. For lunch, prepare your favorite meal and watch the people go by on the boardwalk from our deck. How about dinner? Barbeque your favorite meal in the patio downstairs, catch a sunset, and then go for a walk on the beach. As you sleep at night, you will hear the sound of the waves in the background.

Our home is fully stocked with a TV/DVD player, stereo, linens, towels, blankets, and all of your kitchen items. You will be able to use our washer/dryer, and also park in the designated parking space behind the building. Enjoy our new tile in the bathroom, kitchen, new tub, new roof, new dual pane glass, and skylights.

This is a non-smoking residence, perfect for couples, and if a few guests stop by the can sleep on the sleeper/sofa. This property is occupied over 85% of the year. Most of our guests return for another stay and several people have celebrated their anniversary or honeymoon while staying in our home.

What about location? From this property you will be 2 miles from Sea World, 5 miles from La Jolla, 7 miles from the airport, 9 miles from The San Diego Zoo, and 11 miles from Coronado. You can walk to stores, shops, and restauranat. If you love recreation, you can surf, sail, jet ski, scuba dive, fish, snorkel, golf, walk, run, swim, and bicycle.
