Hola Amigos - I keep an apartment year-round in Puerto Vallarta and rent it weekly Saturday - Saturday to friends and family when I cannot use it. It is a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant Old Town area 3 blocks south of the river, aka Zona Romantico. This 12-unit residential apartment building is located 3 easy flat blocks to the popular beach Playa los Muertos. The living room and dining room is air conditioned with cable TV and Internet access. The kitchen is fully furnished with new microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc.

All appliances (gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, hot water heater) work perfectly. The bedroom is separately air conditioned with a very comfortable double bed with a new foam mattress top, linens, towels, pillows, etc. all brand new. Spring 2007 we remodeled it and had new draperies made. The apartment is located in a well-managed residential apartment building. It is very secure with maid service twice weekly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and safe. The owner of the building is a dear friend and lives directly upstairs and speaks perfect English. This apartment was recently refurbished and redecorated with all new furnishings, appliances, bedding, etc.

Look in the photo album titled “New Apartment” for the apartment available for Christmas and most of the winter months. If interested email your dates and a little introduction about yourself (your age, profession and the number of persons sleeping in the apartment is a good start).
