The villa is on one level acre by the ocean with access to a private beach in the town of Carmel Highlands (pop 820) two minutes south of Carmel, Ca. at the entrance to Big Sur. The five star Pacific Edge restaurant is several hundred yards away. The Monterey airport is approx. 20 minutes away. Hiking is some of the best as the southern most Pt. Lobos State Park is at the far side of the beach. For convenience the Carmel Highlands General Store is within walking distance. There is new ownership and updates for 2008.
