Summer home located on Huntress Lake in Barnstead, NH. Waterfront property with private beach & dock. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 bedrooms with full size beds. Eat-in kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & electric stove. Cable TV. Bathroom has a shower only,no tub. Deck overlooking the water.
Sand beach for the little ones. You may bring your own boat...the lake is large enough for waterskiing, and has excellent fishing. Deck & beach chairs are provided. We are located 1/2 hr. from Lake Winnepesauke & all its activities. We are about l 1/2 hrs. from the White Mts. and about l hr. from the Atlantic Ocean. Golf, restaurants, laundry facilities, movie theaters, malls are all located within a half hour drive.
$800 per week. Available weekly from June thru Sept.( Sat. 2:00 PM check in and Sat. 10::00 AM check out) Security Deposit $800.00 per week due at booking, which will be refunded within 2 weeks after checkout inspection. Rental fee of ($800.00) and non-refundable cleaning fee of($75.00) is due 6 weeks prior to check in.
