Rate: 350 Euros/week except July and August: 50 Euros/week. Changeover day: Saturday. Nonrefundable deposit of half secures your reservation. Security/breakage deposit of 200 Euros, returned via Paypal after 10 days. Optional Cleaning Deposit: You may choose to clean upon departure or include 60 Euros when booking to have it cleaned.
