Our condo is located in Kingswood Village in Kings Beach and is 5 miles south of Northstar Ski Resort. A free NorthStar shuttle is available. It is centrally located to 12 ski resorts in the Tahoe area. We now offer complimentary wireless internet access as well as a complimentary PC.

The first level includes a large master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV/DVD, and private deck. There's also a second bedroom with queen bed and cable TV. This level contains a full bath as well as a full size washer and dryer.

The second level includes an open kitchen with seating for three at the counter as well as a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six. The third level is a loft/bedroom that overlooks the family room and includes two twin beds as well as two portable futon mattresses. We suggest you bring sleeping bags if you plan to use the futons.

Rental Fees: These holidays require a 3 night minimum with a rate of $175 per night plus 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy tax.: New Years, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All other dates require a two night minimum with a rate of $125 per night plus 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy tax. Exception: The nightly rate is reduced to $100 (plus 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy tax) during the months of April and May as well as October and November excluding the above mentioned holidays. Please Note: For Every 6 Nights You Rent, The 7th Night Is Free! A security deposit of $300 is required as well as a $115 cleaning fee. Your deposit will be returned if specified conditions are met.
