Come and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and watch the whales migrate in the winter months, or see the cruise ships sail by year-round; or look up to the majestic mountains of Kauai's north shore with their endless cascading waterfalls. Our condo is our home, and we enjoy sharing it with you. We are located in Alii Kai 1, a small development of privately owned units, all on the bluff above the vast Pacific. Relax in our large master bedroom, with king size bed; second bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for families, or easily moved together to accomodate another couple.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including washer and dryer,and dishwasher. Enjoy the ocean view as you eat in the dinette area, or just relax as you snack at the kitchen breakfast bar. There is lovely new tile in the baths, kitchen and hallway and on the lanai; new corian counters and accessories in both baths; new window coverings; and freshly painted. There is a tv in master bedroom, as well as the living room; dvd and cd player,with a fun selection of Hawaiian movies and music. Wireless internet is available.

Beach supplies, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, are all provided. Just pack the picnic lunch, and spend the day at one of the many spectacular nearby beaches. Our pool is sparkling clean, and golf courses are in walking distance! There is something for all ages in Princeville; a perfect family vacation, or a lovely romantic getaway Our unit is on the top floor (2nd level). Alii Kai is built literally at the end of the road. There is no traffic, and plenty of parking right outside the condo.
