Please see our website at mistvacations .com for lots of photos, all rates, and availability! Brand new Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach - the exclusive Emerald Beach Resort! This condo is new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the ameneties for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) The large balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the Tiki Bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex for morning coffee on the balcony and a brand new modern SkyBar just opened! A new zero-entry kiddie pool with cool water falls just opened on 7/9/08 too! We are currently booking for October 2008 and beyond. October is $129.00 per night, November and December are $1,800 per month! See our website mistvacations. com for all our rates and availability. Great condo on the beach. The condo complex is brand new and very clean. The condo itself is tastefully decorated with real beach decor. The views are gorgeous and the weather while we were there was really nice. I have added this condo to my 'favorites' and plan to return this summer also. My husband liked the Starbucks that is located in the complex - he had coffee on the balcony every morning. We hope the restaurants are open the next time we are there - they were still not open when we went - sti
