How do I rent the apartment and how much is it? The payment conditions depend on the rental term: For short term rentals (4 nights to 1 month), we ask an immediate payment of half of the rent (usually a bank transfer) and the payment of the other half at arrival. A caution of 1000 € is also required. For long term rentals (1 month to 1 year), we ask the first 2 months rent as an immediate payment and a 2 months caution. For less than 4 nights, the rent is 195 € - 250 €/night depending on the season. For 1 week, the rent is 800 € - 1100 € depending on the season. For 1 month, the rent is 2600 € - 3300 € depending on the season.
The rent is including TV cable, internet, phone calls for several foreign countries (USA, Europe, Asia...) The rent is not including electricity. The rent may change according to the season. Enjoy your stay in Paris !!
