Easy access to U of T, Annex, Yorkville, Museums, etc. 3 units to choose from. Rates for double occupancy start at $525 a week. Lower rates may be available for low season extended stays (over 2 weeks). Parking is by city permit and available for $20 a week ) free parking 2 blocks away). Booking and security deposit required. These are self housekeeping units- Maid service is available for an extra charge. Fresh linens and towels are supplied weekly. Guest are responsible for leaving unit tidy and kitchen clean when you leave. You also have the option to pay a cleaning fee. Refunds of booking deposit: more than 6 weeks prior to check in-Refundable minus $50 charge * 42 days- 28 days prior to check refundable minus $100 charge * 27 days prior to check in - no refunds & full payment due. If successfully rebooked, you will receive a refund minus a $75 admin. charge.* *plus any bank charges.
