Villa Valdemosa Bed and Breakfast in Paso Robles, CA is located 1200 ft.above the valley floor and several large commercial vineyards and ranches. Nearly 1/2 miles of private paved road links our property to the outside world. Our guests are greeted by French lavender, olive trees, flowers, vineyards, and wild birds as they make their way up to the Villa from the valley floor. Once there you are subdued by the peace and quiet and sublime afternoon breezes.

Villa Valdemosa is a replica of an 18th century Italian mansion. Strong features such as rugged old world exterior plaster finish, deep set windows and 20 foot high walls and limestone travertine abound. Our logia features a wood burning fireplace and large windows looking out over an acre of lawns and gardens that make the visitor feel as though they are on top of the world. The views are superb.

The Innkeeper is a gourmet cook and winemaker. Winemakers dinners are offered occasionally and must be reserved at time of booking due to limited seating.

Beautiful Entry Foyer: The Villa has nearly 5000 square feet of living area, all on one level. A massive entry wall, high beamed ceiling, and limestone travertine hand inlaid floors welcome our guests. Two bedroom/ bath suites are located off the foyer on the east wing, and two additional suites are located on the west wing to insure maximum quiet enjoyment for our guests.

Native cactus and fountain grass ferns frame the covered patio off the kitchen, looking towards our pool on the south lawn. Acres of lavender and olive trees adorn the property. Our Kestrel Canyon vineyard, viewable from both the Syrah and Petite Syrah guest suites, will be planted next spring with several exclusive Rhone types of wine grapes.

Situated at nearly 1200 feet above sea level, our guests enjoy "see forever" views in nearly all directions. Vineyards and open ranchlands with horses are seen from our property
