There are 4 bedrooms + loft and 3 bathrooms as follow: Master bedroom and master bathroom with queen bed and large enough to add extra beds. Bedroom 2 with queen bed and sharing bathroom. Bedroom 3 with full bed and sharing bathroom. Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 single beds and private bathroom. Loft with pullout sofa bed.
