We are the owners of a nice apartment in Rome, for turistic usage, 100 mt. far from underground line A Battistini, near the Vaticano area (4 metro stop far from Vaticano and Vatican's Museum and 8 metro stop far from Spanish steps), Battistini Guest House.

The apartment is lovely, bright and fully furnished: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, or twin beds (or three, with an additional pull-out sofa bed), with a parquet floor, large armoir and chest of drawers, 1 bathroom with cabin shower, 1 fully-equipped large kitchen with a computer zone,(No living room) and a private large balcony with washbasin ,on the third floor of a building with elevator service and receptionist.

(The apartment is within the complex and far from the road, and there are 2 groups of steps before the main entrance). In the price we include weekly cleaning (on saturday morning), linen/bed sheets, towels bathroom and all domestic bills Everything included (gas, electricity, water, heating, condo expenses)(but over monthly consumptions will be payed with a little rates if you exceeded an established limit for electricity and gas).

Consider that in the price utilities are included only for a reasonable use, and if you exceeded an established monthly gap consumptions will be payed a little rates for gas and electricity.

Including end of stay housekeeping. No Phone - No Air Conditioning (fan) -No Washing-Machine (nearby the apartment there is a laundry mat) -For the apartment there isn't any fee to pay because our business is free of VAT. No Required Deposit (penalty for damages).
