Large villa with enormous (15 metre long) private pool set in over 4,500 square metres of enclosed gardens in the exclusive tranquil residential area of Sant Jordi d'Alfama on the Costa Dorada. This area of Spain is largely undiscovered and unspoilt by mass tourism. Casa Case is situated in Catalonia on the costal plain between the Mediterranean and the mountains. It is easily accessible, Reus Airport is only 30 mins. or Barceloa is about 1 1/2 hours drive away. This part of Catalonia is known as the Costa Dorada (golden coast) so called because of the colour of the sands. Within a short drive of Casa Case are lots of small coves and fine sandy beaches some blue flag awarded. The nearby (5km) fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is a typical Catalonian village with plenty of bars and restaurants - a gastronomic delight. This area has such a variety to offer. Within 30 min drive of Casa Case are: The River Ebro with it's spectacular scenery, its diversity of flora and fauna, its magnificent fish and the Delta nature reserves. Tarragona with its modern shopping centre and roman remains. Port Aventura and water parks. Reus, the birthplace of Gaudi. The historic town of Tortossa.
Casa Case has been delightfully furnished and well equipped to provide spacious accommodation for up to 14 people (plus 1 baby in cot) in comfort. The central section of the villa has a two twin-bedded bedrooms on the ground floor and a master suite with a double-bed on the upper floor. On the ground floor is a shower room whilst the master suite upstairs has an en-suite bathroom with a large circular bath. Also located on the ground floor are the main living/dining room and kitchen. There are four guest suites accessed via the long terrace running the length of the villa. Each guest suite has a double bedroom and en-suite wet room and a lounge with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Casa Case is set within a large, completely enclosed garden.
