Short walk to beach and ocean. At the Simpson approach there are showers, restrooms, an over walk, and parking. Wireless internet, computer, and gas BBQ. Dogs allowed($20 pet fee per day - please clean up after). No Smoking In The House Or Garage. No parking in the street.
