You will have every home comfort at your disposal. You will be just 50 meters from the most beautiful beach in Nice, in the heart of the very picturesque old town (listed and protected area), 5 minutes to the central bus station and central shopping zone, 15 minutes to the central railway station, 10 minutes from Nice international airport by bus. This is the ideal location for people who want to get about without a car. The Cours Saleya with its famous flower / fruit and vegetable daily market, (Antics market on Mondays), and its cafes and restaurants is just down the street: it will make your daily life here very easy ! On your doorstep you will also find the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels), with a shingle beach and transparent waters, directly opposite. The Promenade des Anglais - Nice's famous seafront esplanade, 6km long - is a fantastic place for a stroll. You can also hire a bicycle or Rollerblade up and down. Nearby there are also some excellent speciality shops, art galleries, designers and museums (Musee Matisse, Musee des Beaux Arts, Musee d'Art Moderne et Contemporain). Important : From September To June : Minimum Period = 3 Months From July To August Minimum Period = 2 Weeks 30% deposit to book, full payment is due not later than 5 weeks before arrival. A security deposit is required (1000 Euros by check), which will be returned at the end of stay. Linen are provided free of charge including bath towels (Please kindly bring your own beach towels).
