All on one level it has beautiful sunsets and is 5-10 minutes from 3 ocean bays, including Kealakekua Bay. A rural area we have organic fruits stands, fish markets and small stores and restaurants. 2 hours from volcano, 25 minutes from kailua-kona, this unit requires no heat or air-conditioning but it does have side fans and cross ventilation. Quiet and private.
