Enjoy Pacific Ocean views and relax from our luxury 5-6 person Jacuzzi spa hot tub (hot 24/7). in our backyard.

Our VRBO Encinitas, CA beach vacation rental beach cottage is fenced with a front porch and redwood deck and a grass front and backyard. Enjoy the ocean then rinse off with our outdoor "after beach, after surf" shower. A portable outdoor fireplace and gas BBQ enhances your beach vacation in Encinitas. Digital HD cable TV, LCD HDTV, DVD/VCR, Playstation2 and games, 3 beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, 3 beach chairs, beach towels, a desktop computer with high speed cable and WiFi wireless internet is free of charge upon request. Master bedroom includes queen-size bed and 27" wall mounted LCD HDTV with DVD & VCR. Second bedroom has bunk beds full size on bottom and twin on top, 21" TV with DVD & VCR a door to the patio & medium size dog door is installed in this room.

Summer 2008 rates:
June & Sept 8th-30th...$1400/week or $215/night
July & August & Sept. 1st-8th and Holidays...$1600/week or $245/night
October through May (except Holidays).. $1300/week or $200/night
Owner will take off $150/week for parties not interested in the Jacuuzi. Additional pet deposit of $100 and a flat fee of $50 cleaning fee added.
$100 cleaning deposit required.
