Checkin/checkout: 11 am; Daily rental: $200; Weekly $1,200. Min. stay: 3 nights. Max. stay: Negotiable. Rental Deposit: 50% payable upon booking (nonrefundable). Security Deposit: $1,000 payable prior to occupancy, that is fully refundable at the end of the lease if house is left in same condition and nothing is broken. All payments must be by Cashier's Check or Money Order. Rental Agreement will be executed. Amenities include hotel bedding, 42" TV, TVs in all bedrooms, DVD player, movies, bottled water and covered patio. Optional amenities: Welcome basket, toaster and coffee maker (if requested, for nominal fee).
