Stay in an Art Deco period building with a pool in the heart of South Beach, only 2 blocks to the beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Convention Center, Espanola Way & more!. We are located at 15th Street and Washington Avenue. Our 1-bedroom, one bathroom condo features dark cherrywood floors, an open-concept living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a black granite breakfast bar. From the main living space, you can access our luxurious private, exclusive-use garden patio. The bathroom is completely tiled in travertine marble and features a rain-type shower. The bedroom is furnished with a KING-size Memory Foam bed for extraordinary comfort. There is a fold-down sofa in the living room and a "loose" 6-inch memory foam single mattress stored in the bedroom. We can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 youngsters. We have WIRELESS high-speed internet, 2 x TV's (one with integrated DVD/CD player), iPod music base, alarm clock, bed & bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs & parasol.
