Our second floor, partial ocean view Kauai condo is the nicest & best equipped on the island. It's non-smoking & is a large, 750 sq.ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that just underwent a $75,000 complete remodel. It has 2 air conditioners & 2 cable TVs and stereos in the living room & bedroom, it sleeps four. It has additional luxury features including 600 thread count sheets, a condiment drawer, & high speed internt is available. It is much less expensive then a hotel room and much, much nicer. It is not just a Kauai vacation rental, it is our private vacation home and it is equipped like a luxurious private home, not like a typical Kauai vacation condo rental. No smokers please! If you smoke at all, even outside or on the lanai please do not contact us.
Our Kauai vacation rental condo is located at Kauai Beach Villas a private oceanfront property shared with the Kauai Beach Hotel. It is surrounded by exotic lagoons with swan, geese, ducks, fountains and landscaped with magnificent native foliage. The 3-mile beach is one of Kauai's longest, with beautiful sunrises. Kauai's public golf course is next door. The Kauai Lihue airport is 7 minutes away.
Our Kauai rental condo home is newly remolded, furnished and beautifully decorated. Rental facilities include tennis courts, a separate condo pool, whirlpool and BBQ's. It's central location lets you see all of Kauai easily. It is 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville and 10 minutes from the Kauai's biggest towns of Lihue and Kapaa. They offer the widest variety of shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment. Kauai, the Garden Isle is blessed with the some of the most breathtaking landscapes and sights Hawaii has to offer. Kauai's beaches are famed for their pristine beauty. It's championship golf is unmatched. The partial ocean view, from the lanai and living room, looks across the parking lot & is windowed in between the tree's. You can see the ocean and white foam from the waves. The beach is a 1 minute walk.
