The superb 8 x 4 metre half moon shaped private swimming pool has roman steps at each end and provides a poolside shower with seat and hot/cold running water. Sun loungers, parasols, hammocks, table & chairs are all provided for your convenience. The upper level comprises 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and separate cloakroom with WC. The lower level consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom containing bunk beds and an independent shower room.

A large laundry room provides the use of a washing machine. Casa Marvista offers portable fan units for the warmer months and central heating during the cooler months, however there is an additional charge of £25 per week for use of the central heating and is pre-bookable. The villa is situated in an ideal location for those looking for a larger villa with beautiful scenery but close to shops, restaurants, bars and all amenities that Moraira and Javea have to offer.
