Welcome to our home, step into the airy entrance hall and leave the unpacking for later. Step out onto the South facing lanai and extended pool deck and just soak up the sun and tranquility of the fabulous location. There are no rear neighbours except the local wildlife so your peace and quiet are guaranteed. Inside you will find a large family room with vaulted ceiling, open plan kitchen and dining area and four spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and huge bathroom with twin vanity unit, large corner bath and walk-in shower big enough for two. The second master has a queen bed and jack n jill en-suite facilities which are shared with one of the twin rooms. The fourth bedroom is a twin and has a bathroom next door. All the bedrooms have Cable TV, the twins each have a PSII and the two masters have DVD players. There is also a TV and DVD player in the family room as well as a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make this areal home from home and there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Tho family room has a large corner suite and overhead paddle fan and the dining table seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a table and chairs on the lanai for al fresco dining, and five sunloungers.
We have also provided a gas grill barbeque to complete your outdoor living. The pool has a removable child safety fence and the pool doors are alarmed for your safety. We have also provided free wireless internet access so you can keep in touch at all times. The villa is located at Highgate Park, a gated community which is only 15 minutes from Disney and has easy access to the I4 and all the attractions. It is a 5 minute drive to SR192 and all the restaurants and shops to be found along it. There is a Super Wal-Mart 10 minuts away and a Publix supermarket about 3 minutes away by car.
