Our 'Disney Vacation Villa' is a luxury, fully appointed 3-bedroom villa, nestled in the heart of the popular Lindfields Community just minutes from Disney and the other Orlando theme park attractions. Lindfields community is a quiet area where you can sit and relax by the pool, being just off the West end of Highway 192. Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout with a large spacious family room, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, twin garage and a swimming pool. The villa accommodates 6 comfortably, but is licensed for up to 8 people, and is beautifully maintained to a high standard. The main bedroom enjoys a new King sized bed which is so comfortable I wanted to bring it home with me.

The villa is sumptuously furnished to high standards with a luxury Queen sized sofa bed in the living room, a free DSL internet connection with a modern computer, Satellite TV with DVD player in living room and master bedroom. Fully air conditioned throughout with remote controlled ceiling fan for your comfort. A Playstation 2 (USA version with 5 games to enjoy) has been recently introduced to keep the younger guests occupied after a busy day at the parks. The house is well maintained with an excellent management company who ensure that it is spotless for your vacation.

The master bedroom has a new luxurious American King sized bed and the other two bedrooms enjoy a Double (Full) sized bed in one room and two single beds (Twins) in the other bedroom. The master room has a en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and large walkin closet. The second bathroom enjoys a tub, shower and WC.

A major feature of the Disney Vacation Villa is the luxury private 22 foot alarmed pool. The rear garden is surrounded by 6' fencing to ensure your complete privacy when using the pool. A brand new pool enclosure has just been installed with a 15" x 16" patio extension added to the enclosure. The house was recarpeted in January 2007.
