ANDREWS-BY-THE SEA, NB We have recently constructed a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft cottage on our property in Bayside, available for weekly occupancy in June 2008. $1,000.00 per week double occupancy -Sunday check-in at 4:00 PM The cottage is located on a 27 acre parcel and your privacy is respected. During the summer season, guests are invited to use the heated swimming pool and to enjoy the sandy beach for campfires. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy walking on our 1 kilometer laneway. Bird watching, small animal viewing, salt water fishing, beach combing, star gazing and just being out-of-doors are some activities that are available. Beach fires are encouraged and clam/mussel cooking pot is provided. This cottage is over a garage and is accessed by either an inside (14 steps) staircase or outside entrance. It is completely equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and full service satellite television in the living room. A barbeque and sun bathing area will be ready for 2008 season. Additional bedroom television facilities can be arranged, as required. The suite is comprised of a master bedroom with full bath and walk-in-closet coupled with a second bedroom of 2 single beds. The living room and dining room are open concept to the kitchen area. The second bathroom has a shower and vanity but no tub. The dining table is expandable and seats 8. It is tastefully equipped with radio, linen, cutlery, small appliances and towels, etc. It has a private deck for sunset viewing and St. Croix River watching and is 5 miles from St. Andrews by the Sea.
