The home is privately situated on 2+ magically treed acres where you'll feel like you're alone in the forest yet "Perfectly" located just a couple minutes drive to Historic Downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City and only 5 minutes in the other direction to enjoy Rollins Lake - just one of the many lakes and rivers you'll find throughout Nevada County!

Each large bedroom is wonderfully decorated and furnished with brand new "Tempurpedic" style mattresses and TV's with DVD & VCR's. There is Dish Satellite Service and a large collection of videos, but hopefully you'll be too busy to be watching TV! There is a fully stocked game closet, puzzles and books on tape for your enjoyment as well. (There are also 2 air mattresses and a pump for the extra bodies, to a maximum of 10 please!)

The kitchen is fully, fully furnished with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals, throw a dinner party or just heat up the leftovers from one of the many great restaurants you'll find just minutes away.
