Our property is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. It is not a party house. We request visitors observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
*Please note that the pool is solar heated and therefore during cooler months it does increase greatly in temperature.
