The main floor includes kitchen, dining area, sunken living room and full bath. The staircase leads up to the 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms of the second floor. The master bedroom faces the sea and has a king size bed, soaking tub, shower and decks on both sides of the room. A second bedroom faces the sea and offers a queen bed. The third bedroom a set of bunk beds overlooking the pool - the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath. One more level and your on the rooftop deck that offers gorgeous views to both the Caribbean and the Cancun skyline.

It is an short walk down to the incredible Caribbean sea for shell hunting, beach combing, tide pools and getting away from it all. This area of the island in very private and it is rare to encounter other people so you can have it all to your self. If sunbathing and snorkeling is on your agenda then one of the most beautiful beaches in the world the North Beach is only a few minutes away.

Should you decide to leave this soothing spot for a trip to town or to tour the island, taxis are available, or my favorite is renting a scooter or golf cart.
