WaterPointe I is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our Condo has all that you will need for a Great Family Vacation. This end-unit unit has been fully remodeled and has great views of the southern shorline.

Located in the desirable Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, our condo has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a full-size & twin bed in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third. The master bedroom has its own private master bath with a whirlpool tub.

The condo also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'd have at home. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining room has a table for six with a bay window to view the beach area, and there are bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a TV with DVD. We also have a stereo system with Tape Deck and CD player. All the bedrooms have a TV and DVD or VCR player.

The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool, lounging area for sunning and outdoor grilling area for a family cookout. Our building also has a secured lobby and twin elevators for quick service. WaterPointe has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation at the beach, and best of all we are close to Barefoot Landing and all of the restaurants, shopping and amusement centers.
